Our aim is to show a flavour of the school to the wider community.
In addition to this we also wish to expand the use of our Virtual Learning Environment (Moodle) to our immediate community.
MISSION STATEMENT...
St. Mary's is a Catholic School that has, as its objectives for all pupils:
The development of the whole person based on the example and teaching of Jesus Christ
To help pupils develop a personal relationship with God through prayer and worship
To fulfil its educational mission by supporting the ongoing development of the entire potential of every pupil in its care
To seek and promote the well being and freedom of every individual who is made in the image and likeness of God
To "strive to ensure that the physical, moral and intellectual talents of its pupils may develop in a harmonious manner so that they may attain a greater sense of responsibility and a right use of freedom and be formed to take an active part in social life". (Can 795)
